Accessible from most major highways, we are easily accessible for Vancouver residents, and those living in Richmond, Ladner, Delta, Tsawwassen, White Rock, Surrey, Langley, and beyond.- 200,000 sq ft custom-built facility including a 6,000 sq ft office, 60,000 sq ft covered outdoor working area, and 60,000 sq ft manufacturing facility
- Newly constructed office featuring both individual offices as well as an open concept work environment and spacious lunch rooms;
- A manufacturing facility with state-of-the-art industrial spray booth, three 5 ton overhead cranes, 12 custom welding booths, and a tool & die space
- A body shop, heavy-duty mechanic, freight elevators, and a full-time caretaker with his own suite

A Place to Learn and Grow - Rainbow's Nest Child Care is located on-site and provides two programs - Infant and Toddler (6-36 months) and Pre-School (30 months - 5 years). Employees have first priority to enroll their children and fees are subsidized by Canada Scaffold. Rainbow’s Nest Child Care provides the highest standards of care and learning in a stimulating and supportive environment. Located in an 8,000 sq. ft. modern, bright and purpose-built facility, the daycare is designed to meet all the needs of growing, curious and active children. Key principles are to provide a caring, understanding and stimulating environment.
